With profound sadness and deep regret we announce the passing away of a valued member of the EDELNet partnership, Prof. Dr. Pablo de Diego Angeles on August 3rd 2021. Pablo was one of the founding members of this cross-European academic community. With his work and enthusiasm he decisively contributed to the establishment in 2008 and consolidation in 2014 of the strong and productive links that bind our institutions and our staff today. He participated and helped develop most of the partnership’s activities. He was a team player and true believer in the ideals of the European integration. Pablo will be deeply missed. We extend our sincere condolences to his family. Pablo is survived by his son, Eduardo, and his wife, Ana.
